How to order from outside the UK

Q1. How do I order from outside the UK ?

We are happy to send goods outside the UK but please do not place an order on this website as we are unable to accept payment from cards not registered in the UK.

Q2. How can I pay for my order ?

As we are unable to accept card payment we would need to issue you with an invoice from which you can either pay directly into our bank account (SWIFT / IBAN etc.) or make a Paypal payment (for Paypal we do charge an additional 4%)

After we have received cleared payment we will ship your order.

Q3. How much will carriage cost ?

For ALL international orders we will use Royal Mail Parcel Force services only.  Or you can arrange collection of goods from us if you have access to account facilities with other carrier networks.

To roughly calculate what you carriage charge will be follow these hints.


1- Click on the below link which will take you to the Royal Mail price finder and check the overseas box enter the approximate total weight of the item/s that you require, these weights can sometimes be found on our website or you should be able to get from the manufacturer's own website (please allow a slight round-up of the weight to allow for packaging).



2- Select destination country and proceed.

 
3- From the Parcel Force section of the page you will now see the costs of carriage WITHOUT insurance, please add appropriate insurance and refine search.



4- Here you will see what your carriage costs are likely to be.  We do not add any mark up to the cost of carriage so you will pay what we pay.

Q4. What do I do next ?

We will need to issue you with an invoice which will have all of our payment details on for bank transfer or Paypal details if you prefer.  To do this please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will do the rest.
