What is the event?

To mark the release of the new Ricoh GR III former Digital Photo magazine editor will be leading people on a street photography oriented walk through the historic city of Gloucester.


  • Who is Matty Graham?

    Matty is a well known British photographer with over 15 years of photographic and publishing experience. A former editor of Digital Photo magazine Matty now supplies top-shelf photography and writing to many of the UK's leading photographic, automotive and lifestyle publications. He has a wealth of knowledge to share, don't miss an opportunity to spend a few hours under his tutelage.

    Can I bring my own camera?

    Yes! In fact, you'll need it. Please bring:

    • Camera

    • Battery

    • Memory Card

    • Walking Shoes

    Do I have to be a Ricoh Pentax user?

    No, absolutely not. We will encourage you to try the new Ricoh GR III APS-C on the day. Photographers using all different systems keep the GR III as a high-quality point and shoot camera and as a quick pocket-sized alternative to their full-sized rigs.

    When is the Gloucester Street Photography Walk?

    We will meet at The Warehouse Climbing Centre in Gloucester just before 10:00 am on May 16th, 2019. 

    A light lunch will be provided.

Itinerary:

Introduction to Ricoh GR III: 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Tips and Tricks: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Lunch: 12:00 pm until 12:30 pm

Streetwalk and Shooting: 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm

Debrief: 2:30 pm until 3 pm
