Nikon MB-D15 Multi-function Battery Grip

The MB-D15 Multi-Power Battery Pack is compatible with three different power sources; one EN-EL15 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery, six AA-size alkaline, Ni-MH or lithium batteries (an EN-EL15 is supplied with the camera; AA batteries are available separately) and the EH-5b AC Adapter (with EP-5B Power Connector). When one EN-EL15 is loaded in the D7100 and another in the MB-D15, you can shoot up to approx. 1900 frames*. The Multi-Power Battery Pack comes equipped with AE-L/AF-L button, main/sub command dials, shutter-release button and multi selector, that are handy for vertical shooting. It employs magnesium alloy equivalent to that for the D7100 body to achieve superior dust-prevention and weather-resistant performance.

Makes shooting portrait much more comfortable, once you get used to the way the viewfinder is presented when holding the grip.

Easy to connect to the camera and feels secure and solid when in position.
Multi-function button on the back is a little small and does not have the same, nice, feel as the one on the camera - though this is a very minor point.
