- Feels robust and would likely absorb the impact of a small drop onto a hard surface. Also, although made of a synthetic leather, it's much more like leather to look at than Sony's leather pouch style case for the RX100. It feels flimsy by comparison and poor quality. It's also pricey for what it is.
- The case is in two parts which is good for camera protection. The lower half remains attached to the camera body using the tripod mounting. It's a small gripe, but part of the case flexes a little at one side where it's not attached to the camera body leaving a bit of a gap.
