Our Social Distancing Measures

While we are no longer required to social distance or wear masks indoors, we are continuing with some measures to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 as it becomes part of our daily lives.

In the interest of the safety of our colleagues and other customers and also to conform with the current government guidelines, we will be continuing with our current measures of:

⦁ Hand sanitiser will be provided at the door for all customers and staff to use.
⦁ Our store will be cleaned throughout the day as necessary, there may be times you will be asked to wait whilst we complete this.
⦁ If the store is full you will need to wait outside until requested to come in by a member of staff, you may have to wait longer than you are used to.
⦁ Any children entering the shop must be accompanied by an adult. All children must stay with the adult whilst in our store.


  • Payments and cash handling

    Where possible, we ask that you could please use card payments until further notice. We have contactless payment options for amounts up to £45 set up in-store, and card payments for everything else.

  • Click & Collect

    From the 9th of April, you will be able to collect goods that you have paid for and ordered online from our Customer Contact Centre. If you have paid for goods you wish to collect via finance, you will need to bring identification along with you that matches the details on the agreement.

  • Part Exchanges -

    We will be happy to see customers who wish to part exchange their equipment with us. If you are not local to us, we can arrange to have the goods collected from you so we can be ready before you travel.   • Demonstrations

    We have some demonstration items on display, these will be available to purchase. It may not always be possible to fully demonstrate equipment like binoculars that you’d hold up to your face to use. In these instances you can purchase the goods and try them at your leisure, if not suitable, they can be returned, please see our returns policy.
