The Hasselblad Rechargeable Battery Grip 3200 Li-Ion is a high-quality battery grip which is suitable for H cameras. Hasselblad has introduced this new and more powerful battery grip together with the H6D camera.
The charging connector of the new battery is exactly the same as on the previous model. It is therefore also suitable for use with your old charger. Hasselblad has not only improved the battery chargers thoroughly but the batteries as well. If you are using the older charger with the new battery will result in a 50% longer charging time. The new charger will ensure a shorter charging time with the old battery.
To use this battery grip with older camera models (H2D, H3D, H3D-II H4D and H4X) you need a firmware update. The updated version 2.3.0 is required to facilitate monitoring of the battery levels and is easy to download from the website.
