Shimoda ACTION X70 Starter Kit
The Action X70 Starter Kit is Shimoda's biggest pack yet for the photographer needing to carry a lot of equipment, with easy access, whilst on the move. It is capable of housing larger Cine, Digital Video and DSLR camera kits thanks to it's 70L volume capacity. Like all the other Action X series of backpacks, it features an expandable roll-top that allows the user to expand and shrink the bag capacity to suit the demands of the day, making it one of the most versatile and practical adventure camera bags on the market.

Designed for the Extreme
The X70 has been made from incredibly durable and water-resistant nylon material, including YKK splashguard zippers, giving you the confidence that your camera gear will remain safe, secure and dry.
The bag also features an interchangeable harness with two zippered pockets, that safely stores most smartphones, water bottles or other accessories. It is also possible to turn the Action X70 into a stylish easy-carry by simply removing the belt.
Versatile and Flexible
You can gain easy access to your gear thanks to the rear and full side access points, even whilst on the move.
For quick, under the arm access, the side opening is accessed through a YKK Splashguard Zipper which protects your equipment from any rogue water or dust that may enter your pack.
The rear opening of the bag provides unobstructed access to the majority of your gear whilst an EVA padded door style opening acts as added protection against the likes of snow and rain. The interior side of the door has space for a 15-inch laptop and sits snugly against the users back.
Roll-top access means you can adjust the volume of the bag (a volume range of 7 litres) to suit every occasion whilst also allowing extra protection from the elements when the bag is open.
Modular camera inserts allow the user to adapt the inside to suit their gear and needs. The Action X70 Starter Kit includes the Extra-large DV Core Unit. This innovative system from Shimoda allows configurations to be adjusted to suit the changing terrain and environment of the photographer.

No human is the same so why shouldn’t your bag be able to adapt to your own personal shape and size? The Action X70 features an adjustable torso height, offering three size options with around 10cm of vertical adjustment. This ensures a custom fit for every photographer.
