Huge news from Sigma this month, they have announced that coming as early as July they will be releasing their incredibly popular lenses for the Canon RF Mount system. This has been highly anticipated for many years and it is exciting to see that in 2024 mirrorless Canon users will be able to take advantage of Sigma's stunning glass.

Which Sigma Lenses will be available for Canon RF?
The launch of these RF mounts will be staggered throughout the rest of the year. Starting out in July 2024 with the versatile 18-50mm F2.8. All the lenses currently on the roadmap are from Sigma's Contemporary range and are all for cropped sensor cameras.

When can we expect full-frame Sigma/Canon RF lenses?
Although we don't have an official date yet, it can only be a matter of time before more lenses come from Sigma with the RF Mount and in time this will include glass for full-frame EOS R cameras. And once that becomes available we can expect this range to expand to their Art and Sport lenses as well.
