Great value for money.
High quality and very sturdy.
Good height. I am 6' and do not need to lean over.
Twist lock legs which I personally prefer.
Comes with carry case, short centre column, spiked feet & tool kit.
Goes well with Benro GH2 Gimbal Head which supports my Nikon D750 with grip and Sigma 60-600mm lens (which is heavy)

Very sturdy, good height even without centre column raised, good leg locking mechanisms, easy to take apart and clean, comes complete with cloth bag, carrying case and strap, tools and spiked feet.
Short centre pole isn't carbon and has much smaller top than main column. No head included.
Also not really a bad point but optimum height for me with this L version means extending the bottom leg sections about two thirds rather than fully extended. That means I have extra length when needed on uneven ground (which I wanted) but means it's slightly slower set up than extending all legs fully or only 2 of the 3 sections. Have used a silver paint pen to add markers on each of the bottom legs for optimum height. I think the XL would have been too big for me and the standard perhaps not enough flexibility.
