If you are based outside of the United Kingdom and would like to purchase an item from our website, here are a few frequently asked questions.

As a UK high street photographic equipment specialist, we strive to provide high-quality service no matter where you are based in the world. Whether you're looking at mirrorless cameras or camera lenses, we aim to be a worldwide retailer with reliable and affordable international parcel delivery services.

How do I place an order from outside the UK?

We are happy to send goods outside the UK but please do not place your order through the website as we are unable to accept payment from cards not registered in the UK. Please use the ‘International Order Form’ found at the bottom of this page. Use as much detail as possible when referring to products and if possible use the SKU to help speed up the process.

How can I pay for my order?

As we are unable to accept non-UK registered card payments, we would need to issue you with an invoice from which you can either pay directly into our bank account (SWIFT / IBAN etc.) or make a payment via Paypal. After the payment has cleared* your order will be shipped.

*Please allow up to 5 working days. You will be notified as soon as the funds have been cleared.

How much will international shipping cost?

Dealing with so many different products, and locations around the world, it is difficult to have a set guide of prices for international delivery. Once you have filled out the 'International Order Form' below, we will contact you with available options, which are normally very competitive and offer door-to-door tracking services. The cost is based on the size of the package and either the gross or volumetric weight (whichever is greater).

For worldwide parcel services, we use either Parcel Force, DHL or Royal Mail International. The parcel tracking details will be provided after the item has been shipped.

What do I do next?

We will need to issue you with an invoice that will have all of our payment details for bank transfer, or Paypal details if you prefer. To do this, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will do the rest.

International countries with restricted delivery

Our courier providers are currently unable to deliver internationally to the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Syria.
