Q1. How do I order from outside the UK ?
We are happy to send goods outside the UK but please do not place an order on this website as we are unable to accept payment from cards not registered in the UK. Please E-mail us at email@example.com.
Q2. How can I pay for my order ?
As we are unable to accept card payment we would need to issue you with an invoice from which you can either pay directly into our bank account (SWIFT / IBAN etc.) or make a payment via Paypal.
After we have received cleared payment we will ship your order.
Q3. How much will carriage cost ?
Dealing with so many different products it is difficult to have set guide prices. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping quote. The cost is based on the size of the package and either the gross or volumetric weight (whichever is the greater).
We use either DPD courier or Royal Mail. Tracking details will be given after the item has been shipped.
Q4. What do I do next ?
We will need to issue you with an invoice which will have all of our payment details on for bank transfer or Paypal details if you prefer. To do this please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will do the rest.
