 All prices quoted are for delivery to UK addresses only. Prices of deliveries vary from product to product, please add an item to the basket and proceed to checkout to view its delivery charge.  You can always remove an item from the checkout after you have viewed the carriage charge.

When will my order be delivered?

 All orders received through the Clifton Cameras Limited website are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your item is in stock at the time of the order, your products will usually be with you in just a few days depending on the service you choose.

 If you place your order for an in stock item and it is processed before 2pm Monday - Friday, we will aim to despatch your order the same day. Any orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. 

 If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order. ?

 

Example (a) an order placed for an in stock item before 14:00 on Monday will be picked, packed and shipped on Monday.

 
Example (b) an order placed for an in stock item after 14:00 on Monday will be picked, packed and shipped on Tuesday. 

 
Example (c) an order placed for an in stock item on Sunday will be picked, packed and shipped on Monday.

Where can I have my order delivered?

 This depends on your payment method. If you are paying with a credit or debit card then we can only deliver your order to the registered address for the cardholder or to a UK registered business address. If you pay using PayPal then we will despatch goods to any address you have authorised within your account settings.

 If you have placed an order and paid via on line finance then we will only deliver to the address that the finance agreement was authorised from.

 

Can I redirect my order?

 Unfortunately we are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been despatched via Royal Mail. If your delivery has been sent via DPD they will contact you to advise on a delivery time, if that isn’t suitable you can re-arrange a suitable time with them.

 

What happens if I refused a delivery?

 If you have refused a delivery, a charge of £7 can be levied to cover the cost charged by our couriers to return goods to us.

 

What happens is my delivery is lost?

 Even though packages are sent via DPD or Royal Mail, on very rare occasions losses can occur whilst in transit. If this happens please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact Royal Mail to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Clifton Cameras Limited.

 

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched? ?

 Orders can be tracked once you have received your unique tracking number after despatch.

 Orders can be tracked at the Royal Mail website or with DPD directly.
