Some reviews say this is nearly as sharp as prime lenses. Well compared to my 50mm f1.2 it very nearly is. Worth the money. Thought about the IS version but for me there is no need for it. Some how my 6d has the edge over my 7d mkii for sharpness but might be me in the way I use the two cameras. Either way it's faultless.
Haven't found any. People say it's heavy, hey, if it was made of plastic then you'd moan. Sheer quality.
