A really excellent pair of compact binoculars.

I was expecting compromises compared to a full size pair, but they are minimal. And this in a pair that fits a shirt pocket or attaches easily to a belt with the included pouch.

Ok, time to confess. I had a pair of Leica Ultravid 10x25 which I really loved- had them for several years before losing them . I liked them so much I knew I had to replace them. I ordered a new pair but due to a mix up I received the Ultravid 8x20 instead. These are slightly smaller than the 10x25. As soon as I saw them I knew I wasn't going to be parted from them. The field of view is bigger, close focussing is better. I highly recommend both the 8x20 & the 10x25. Just depends on your needs. I go birdwatching and rambling.
The lens caps are fiddly as you have to remove them individually, would be better if they were joined together so you could flip both off with the flick of a thumb.
