The NexStar Evolution telescopes feature a built-in, ultra-long life battery so that you don’t have to rely on an external power supply. The lithium-iron phosphate battery provides up to 10 hours of use on a single charge and can even be used to charge your other devices via the USB charge port. There is even an intelligent power management system that senses when the battery levels are low and initiates a power-saving mode to that you can keep observing for as long as possible.
