DJI Mavic 3 Thermal
The Mavic 3T is a lightweight and versatile drone which supports visual data collection, hybrid zooming, and high-resolution thermal capturing, making it ideal for public safety, inspection and night operations.
An RTK Module can be added to give the drone improved accuracy, and the addition of a high volume Speaker will make the M3T well-suited to public safety and search and rescue missions.
Designed for portability
Weighting only 920g the Mavric 3T is lightweight and portable with a long battery life that still gives you up to 45 minutes of flight time.
High-class sensor camera
The powerful Hasselblad camera used in the M3T has the same specs as the M3. The M3T integrates a Wide Camera, a Tele Camera, and a Thermal camera to support multiple shooting situations.
The 48MP wide-angle camera features a 1/2 inch CMOS sensor and a 24mm equivalent focal length.
The 12MP tele camera features a 1/2 inch CMOS sensor, a 162mm equivalent focal length, and supports up to 56x hybrid zoom.
The thermal camera has a Display Field of View (DFOV) of 61°, a 40mm equivalent focal length, and a 640 x 512 px resolution. This camera supports both point and area temperature measurement, together with high-temperature alerts, colour palettes, and isotherms to help you find hot spots.
Enhanced transmission and safety
4 antennae, 2 transmitters, and 4 receivers allow a range of 9-15 kilometres when flying in an area with low interference, and a range of 1.5-3 kilometres even in areas with strong interference.
Omnidirectional obstacle sensing is delivered through the use of multiple wide-angle vision sensors that work together with the drone’s computing engine and DJI APAS system 5.0 to sense and avoid obstacles in their flight path. The drone also includes an advanced RTH (Return-To-Home) setting which no longer needs to climb to a set altitude to find the optimal route back to its home point. DJI’s Air Sense software increases your peace of mind as it receives ADS-B signals from traditional aircraft in the area to increase your awareness and warn you of any air traffic nearby.
On top of the flight safety features, the DJI Mavic 3 Thermal has a series of security and privacy features to safeguard the integrity of your photos, videos, flight logs, and other sensitive data. Local Data Mode further stops the DJI Pilot 2 flight control app from sending or receiving any data over the internet when activated. The M3T also supports up to 28x synchronised zoom between thermal and visual cameras which can both be scaled at the same time, making it easier to compare details side-by-side.
Smart controller
The DJI RC Pro Enterprise features a 5.5 inch, 1000-nit high-brightness screen, to reduce sun glare, in addition to a built-in microphone, and 3 hour long battery life, which can be charged even when in operation.
Compatible software
A full software suite enables the M3T to operate at its full potential with tools for data gathering, mapping, and flight management. These include DJI Pilot 2 which is built-in to the remote control for improved piloting efficiency and flight safety, DJI Flighthub 2 for live streaming, media upload, and mission planning, DJI Terra for 2D/3D reconstruction, and DJI Thermal Analysis tool 3.0 for creating reports and manipulating radiometric thermal data with the specific parameters following data capture.
