- Really well made - great feeling of quality. Fantastic brightness and field of view for a 32mm objective. I’ve really enjoyed using them so far, focus is smooth and the image is very good. I did read a few reviews and considered spending a lot more money but I’m delighted with these. I’ve saved about 200g over my old 42mm bins and they are a bit smaller - and the optical performance is better. If I was going to sit in a bird hide for hours, I’d probably go for 42mm full size as they’re marginally brighter and easier to look through but I reckon I’m more likely to take these out and use them. Overall, the package feels like something that could cost twice as much - very impressive.

- Due to the solid construction these are not really the very lightest or most compact in their class. The lens covers are a bit ‘low rent’ compared to the binoculars themselves and the case seems like it’s meant for bigger binoculars. Whilst the case is great quality (indeed it looks much like a Swarovski one) I’d prefer something simpler and more compact.
