Kondor Blue Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro Battery Grip Extension Kit (Black)
Kondor Blue has used its expertise to develop the Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro Cage, specifically designed to fit around the body of the Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro camera. The battery Grip extension kit has been designed to increase the size and structure of the cage, making it ideal for use with the Blackmagic 6K Pro with an extended battery grip attached. The Battery Grip extension kit can also be purchased as part of the 6K Pro Battery Grip Cage or purchased separately to add additional space to the standard Kondor Blue Blackmagic 6K Pro cage.
Arri Rosette
Located on either side of the Kondor Blue BMPCC 6K PRO battery grip cage have an ARRI Rosette connection built into the sides of the cage. This has been specifically designed to allow for the attachment of accessories like Kondor Blue’s rosette arms. This allows you to turn your Blackmagic 6K pro cage into a shoulder rig set-up.
NATO Rail
The Kondor Blue Pro Battery Grip Extension Kit has been designed with a Nato rai, allowing you to orientate the camera portrait position. You can use the side NATO rail to attach a top handle (sold separately) for added manoeuvrability.
1/ 4” -20 and ARRI 3/ 8” -16 Threads
The Pro Cage has been designed with multiple mounting points, with a number of 1/4” 20 thread mounting points on both of the extended side plates. This gives you a high level of flexibility in terms of how you choose to build your rig around the Kondor Blue Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro Cage. There are also several 3/8” 16 threads on the battery grip extended side plates with ARRI locator pins for anti-twist camera accessories.
Comfortable Grip
Kondor Blue develop its cages to fit comfortably in your hands. The battery grip extended side rails have been created with a comfortable and ergonomic grip design, letting you use your Blackmagic camera comfortably in a handheld position.
Loop Strap Holes
The extension rails have loop strap holes incorporated into their build. This will allow you to attach a camera strap to the camera cage without it impacting the functionality of the camera. This lets you add another point of contact between you and the camera while in handheld use.
Built-in HDMI and USB C cable clamps
A built-in HDMI & USB C Cable clamp can be found on the left side of the cage. This provides an additional level of protection when you have an HDMI or USB C cable attached to your camera. Preventing the cable and your HDMI port from becoming damaged.
