Ricoh Underwater Housing TW-2
The TW-2 is an underwater housing designed specifically for the Ricoh Theta X* allowing you to use it underwater or in wet conditions. The housing is waterproof up to 40 metres from the water surface for up to 60 minutes and is the equivalent to JIS Protection Grade 8/IPX8.

Peace of Mind
The TW-2 features a waterproof mechanism consisting of an O-ring and buckle along with a metal tripod screw hole so that you can mount the housing and enjoy shooting while diving underwater with peace of mind.
Improved Housing Design
The TW-2 has an improved housing design to reduce scratches on the lens section. This has been achieved by moulding the lens section with a harder acrylic resin and applying a hard coating to the surface. A lens cover has also been included for extra protection when not in use.
Crystal Clear Footage
When shooting 360° images underwater it is important that reflections are kept to a minimum. The housing body has been shaped so that it reduces the amount that the camera appears in the shot images. There has also been an anti-reflective (AR) coating applied to further reduce reflections. There are two different types of reflection prevention sheets included that prevent light from reflecting off the camera and into the shot images.
Take Full Control
You can control all the main functions of the Theta X even when underwater. The housing has been designed so that you can power the camera on/off, switch between photo and video modes and operate the shutter button when sealed. The TW-2 also features a tripod screw hole that allows you to attach various types of camera accessories.
