Medium Core Unit
Included in the X50 v2 Starter Kit is the Shimoda Medium DSLR Core Unit v2; a deeper core unit than the Mirrorless version. Customise your bag to fit your kit by rearranging the removable dividers to comfortably provide shockproof protection for Mirrorless and DSLR cameras and lenses. With the new Core Units, packing is sure to be easier than ever before.
Versatile and adaptable
This camera bag is adaptable to any setup, featuring side camera access, two removable tripod or water bottle pouches, and multiple attachment straps.
On top of this, the X50 features roll-top access, allowing users to expand (to 7 litres) or compress the bag’s volume to the demands of the day, adjustable torso height, and interchangeable and adjustable shoulder straps to fit any adventurer. Plus, the dual padded sleeves can fit laptops and tablets up to 16 inches for editing your work on the go.

The X50 v2 has been designed for agile, fast access and is reasonably large with outside dimensions of 30W x 56H x 20D cm, making it the perfect companion in all environments. Multiple access points are ideal for quickly getting any part of your gear without completely removing the bag in time-sensitive shooting situations.
For sports and adventure
Sports-specific features such as a removable helmet holder, ski fastening straps, and a bike pump sleeve have been added to help pack all your gear for action photographers and adventure athletes. The front panel also features a sub-pocket and hanger loop designed to fit a hydration bladder of up to 3-litres.
