Shimoda Core Unit
The Shimoda Core Units have been updated to meet the demands of the most dedicated users. Designed specifically for use with the X70 backpack range, these Core Units offer protection for your camera, lenses and accessories when travelling or out in the field. All units have been constructed using high-quality EVA laminated sidewalls, dividers and a frame to add extra support and to help keep its shape.
The latest versions of the Shimoda Core Units include 3 updated models and a new XXL DV Core Unit.
Large DSLR Core Unit v3
This Core Unit has been increased in length so that you can fit larger lenses such as the hugely popular Sony 200-600mm lens.
Large DV Core Unit v2
This unit has also received an increase in length so that you can store larger lenses.
Extra Large DV Core Unit v2
The length of this unit has been increased so that you can fit a Canon, Nikon or Sony 600mm f4.0 lens when unattached to the camera. This is also the Core Unit that comes with the X70 HD Starter Kit.
XXL DV Core Unit
The XXL DV Core Unit is compatible with all of the Action X70 backpacks. It offers enough capacity to store a 600mm lens, even when attached to a camera. The unit also features a top access panel that allows you to remove the lens from the top of the pack with ease.
