The TTArtisan APS-C AF 56mm F1.8 has a fast autofocus, wide aperture, close focusing ability, and manual focus ring making it an adaptable lens for various situations. Offering sharp centres and soft bokeh, this 56mm f1.8 makes for a simple and compact lens designed for APS-C cameras which is particularly suited to quick focusing during portrait photography.

Fast and quiet AF
The 56mm F1.8 lens has several features that make it suitable for many photography styles. The 56mm lens adopts a "STM+lead screw-type" structure. This stepper motor enables fast and quiet autofocus so you can capture special moments clearly. You can focus as close as 50cm thanks to a minimum focus distance to get some sharp close-up shots and the lens barrel only has a manual focus ring as its sole control point, giving you flexibility when not using autofocus.
Built for portraiture
Truly a portrait lens, with 56mm on APS-C being equivalent to 84mm, this focal length will capture the depth of field to highlight your subject against the background’s smooth blur effect. It can also work well for architecture, product, and studio photography, adding atmosphere and depth to your storytelling efforts.
Compact quality
To reduce dispersion and chromatic aberration as well as significantly improve the image quality, this APS-C AF lens features 10 lens elements in 9 groups, including 1 ultra-low dispersion element and 2 high-index glasses. The lens is lightweight at around 233 - 245g with a full metal body. Fantastic resolution and contrast let you capture sharp images with a wide-open aperture.
Large F1.8 aperture
The F1.8 aperture allows more light to enter the camera, which is beneficial for low-light photography. In addition, the large aperture brings objects in the foreground into focus and creates beautifully out-of-focus backgrounds.
