Key Features of the Used Rotolight NEO 2 Explorer Light Kit
The NEO 2 Explorer Light Kit delivers power, portability and control on the go. This is the ideal kit to take control of light in any environment for photographers and videographers on the go. NEO 2 does away with the need to pack different sets of lights by providing an all-in-one solution for stills and video.
What are NEO II LED lights?
This light kit comes in a compact, water resistant soft case allowing you to carry three NEO 2 continuous LED light heads at a time. The NEO 2 combines the benefits of a continuous lighting source, allowing you to shoot what is visible, with the freezing power of High-Speed Sync flash. This means no recycle time and never missing a moment. These lights produce beautiful colour reproduction with soft light output and the signature Rotolight catch light effect.
The NEO 2 comes with a built-in Elinchrom Skyport flash receiver meaning you can trigger all three lights at once up to 200m away. Each light is powered by 6 AA batteries, DC or DTap.
- High-Speed Sync Flash mode provides flash on tap when you need more power than what continuous light can provide. With HSS mode you'll have access to up to 500%* of the maximum continuous light output with zero recycle time.
- The NEO 2 has the longest battery life of any on-camera flash available. The potential for 85,000 full power shots on a single set of AA batteries far exceeds the typical 250 available from a speedlight.
- AccuColour LED technology creates outstanding colour reproduction for beautiful skin tones.
- True Aperture Dimming accounts for the distance between light and subject then determines and displays f-stop eliminating the need for a light meter.
- CineSFX provides an awesome array of cinematic light effects including lightning, fire, gunshot, paparazzi and TV flicker bringing a new level of production value to your video.
