The binoculars boast a solid magnesium housing to ensure durability and longevity while being compact enough to take with you anywhere. The Zeiss SFL is also available in an 10x30 magnification.

The Zeiss SFL 8x30mm binoculars have been constructed with a magnesium housing, making them lightweight and durable. You will be able to enjoy the outdoors with the SFL’s for years to come as well as future generations.
Keep It Light
The SFL range of binoculars has been designed specifically to be lightweight and compact. Zeiss have reduced the lens diameter which allows for thinner lens elements that can be placed closer together. This results in a high-quality pair of binoculars that measure just 120mm in length and weigh only 460g. That means you can use them for longer durations without tiring.
Outstanding Optical Performance
The SFL 8x30mm binoculars may be compact but they offer high-performance nonetheless. Featuring a new ultra-high-definition (UHD) concept that includes a special coating as well as an improved optical design, the SFL 10x30’s deliver the highest level of detail and reproduce colour with natural fidelity.
Other impressive specs include a field of view of up to 142 metres@1000metres as well as a close focussing distance of just 1.5 metres, allowing for closer observation.
Clear Views at All Times
The binoculars feature Zeiss’ LotuTec coating that helps to repel water droplets and dust particles to ensure a clear view at all times. With 90% light transmission and ZEISS T* multi coating, you can clearly and precisely recognise details in the twilight, ensuring that you never miss a moment of the action.
Perfect Ergonomics with SmartFocus
When you are out in the wild you want to have a pair of binoculars that can keep up with the pace of nature and that is where Zeiss’ SmartFocus technology comes in. This makes it possible to focus quickly and precisely without awkward hand positions.
The focus wheel has been perfectly positioned in the DoubleLink Bridge and requires only 1.4 turns from close focus to infinity. The design is both rugged and ergonomic, allowing for precise rotation even when the user is wearing gloves.
The binoculars allow for quick and easy positioning of the eyes as well as a comfortable viewing experience thanks to the large exit pupil. They also feature improved eyecups for a smooth transition between touchpoints.
