The OM Series

OM System mirrorless cameras combine a compact and lightweight body with incredible image quality to create the ultimate portable system. The micro four-thirds sensor allows the OM System cameras to benefit from a smaller design but doesn’t compromise on technical capabilities. Currently, the OM series consists of the flagship OM-1 and the newly released OM-5.

OM System OM-1

A 20MP Stacked BSI Live MOS sensor along with a TruePic X image processor produce images beyond the expectations of the micro four-thirds sensor size. With the ISO reaching a maximum of 102400 due to noise processing technology, the OM-1 is able to create crystal clear images in incredibly low light situations. Further to this, the OM-1 can record 4K up to 60p, with a choice of H.264 or H.265 codec. A key attraction of this model is the AI Detection AF. The autofocus performance is superb when it comes to nature in motion, with a complementary improvement in face and eye detection for humans. View the OM-1 here >
OM System OM-5

While at a lower price point than the OM-1, the OM-5 still features well-known staples such as a 5-axis stabilisation, Live Composite, Live ND, and more. Despite its lower drive speed and older autofocus system, the OM-5 is the modern classic perfect for on-the-go content creators. The OM-5 can record 4K up to 30p, and Full HD up to 120p all with true vertical video for instant social media sharing. OM System Lenses

Check out our range of OM System Mirrorless Camera Lenses at Clifton Cameras. These Micro Four Thirds lenses are compact, lightweight and more portable than full-frame camera equivalents, without any loss in quality or performance. OM Systems’ current offering includes the 12-40mm F2.8 Mk II Pro wide-angle zoom lens, 40-150mm F4 PRO telephoto lens, and the Digital ED 20mm f1.4 PRO prime lens.
