This event is suitable for street photographers of all experience levels – from beginners to advanced – you will learn to see and shoot in new ways.

Parking can be found at Merrywalks multi storey car park GL5 1RR (4 min walk to CSA) or Church Street GL5 1JL (3 min walk to CSA).


Learn the finer points of street photography with Damien Demolder as he shows you around the latest and greatest from Panasonic. Damien will touch on timing, exposure, colour, composition and the art of blending in.


9am - Start with an illustrated talk from Damien dicussing everything from compositionand kit to how you can blend in and shoot strangers with confidence.

10:30am - Tackle a series of practical tasks that will open your eyes and teach you new skills.

12:30pm - Break for lunch. You can buy food from Stroud market and surrounding cafes. Or bring a picnic and make use of the subscription room. 

1:30pm - Beginning the second sessoin we'll look to put into practice the skills we learned from Damien earlier in the day.

3:00pm - The day will conclude with a constructive critique of the pictures taken during the class, and a Q&A session in which Damien will address any questions you still have.

4:00pm - Workshop ends

A camera isn't necessary to attend the workshopneeded to attend the workshop - throughout the day Panasonic Lumix G cameras and lenses will be available for you to use. A FREE SD card will also be given to each attendee to use on the day so you can take your images home with you.
