What Lens is included with the Canon EOS M200 kit?
The EOS M200 comes with the Canon EF-M 15-45mm f3.5-6.3 IS STM Lens. A perfect choice kit lens which is perfect for still and movies in a range of scenes.
This lightweight, versatile lens is very portable. It is fantastic for capturing everything from portraits to beautiful landscapes. The lens will give a 24-72mm equivalent focal length when shooting on APS-C mirrorless cameras (like M200). With 3 aspherical elements; 1 glass moulded and 2 precision moulded chromatic aberrations and distortions are kept under control across your entire zoom range.
Flare and ghosting have also been reduced drastically. This is achieved by highly optimised lens placement and special coatings. Thus, the lens is great for shooting in poorly lit conditions.
Camera shake is reduced dramatically by up to 3.5 stops by the optical image stabilizer. A lead screw-type STM stepping motor gives rapid, near-silent focusing.
