The Sandisk Professional G-DRIVE ARMORLOCK SSD is the next generation in data protection. Used in conjunction with an app, the G-DRIVE ArmorLock SSD allows you to unlock and control who gets access with no password needed.
Next Generation Data Protection
The Sandisk Professional G-DRIVE ARMORLOCK SSD eliminates the need for passwords so that you can access your data quickly and easily. ArmorLock technology allows you to use your phone as a key via biometric authentication with the tap of a button.
Access Control
The G-DRIVE ARMORLOCK SSD allows you to control who gets access to the drive. For example, if you were to send the drive to a different location, you would have to securely authorise their access to the drive via email.
Auto Unlock
You can gain access to confidential files quickly by pre-authorizing your phone or computer. Once you have done this you will be able to unlock your drive automatically when you are connected to an authorised phone or computer.
Robust Drive Management
The ArmorLock app allows you to format your drive quickly to one of the compatible file systems. Once you are done with your content and it is no longer needed, you can use the secure erase feature to erase with the tap of a button. The app can also display where you last used the drive in case you leave it behind anywhere.
High-Grade Data Security
The G-DRIVE ArmorLock SSD will not grant access until it has been unlocked using the app. Furthermore, when you eject the drive it will automatically lock itself so that all of its content is inaccessible. The drive has been built with 256-bit AES-XTS hardware encryption and NIST P-256 elliptic curve-based key management for the ultimate in data protection while still providing speed.
Pro-Grade Performance
The G-DRIVE ArmorLock SSD features a heat dispersing, cool aluminium core designed to pull heat away from the internal drive. This helps to minimise throttling so you get sustained, pro-grade transfer speeds up to 1000MB/s read and 1000 MB/s write throughout your transfer.*

Rugged Durability
The G-DRIVE ArmorLock SSD has been made to endure drops of up to 3 metres,* 1,000-pound crush resistance, and has an IP67 dust and water resistance rating.
