The compact Sony A 7 C packs a powerful backside-illuminated full-frame EXMOR R CMOS sensor. This sensor is from the same series of full-frame sensors found in many of the latest high-end Sony cameras including the A7R IV; promising powerful shooting from a highly portable device. A BIONZ X image processor offers up 10fps continuous shooting.

An impressive ISO range of 100-51200 will allow you to utilise this powerful detailing in challenging lighting across the spectrum. Superb vibration reduction is provided by a new shutter unit mechanism.

Stunning images, even at fast shutter speeds and in dim light
The larger pixel sizes on the sensor allow for an increased signal-to-noise ratio, for beautiful images with more detail in textures and shadow areas. Noise reduction is particularly effective at the medium- and high-ISO sensitivities required for fast-moving or poorly lit subjects. Standard ISO100-51200 is extendable to ISO50-204800

A 0.39 inch 2,359,296 dots XGA OLED electronic viewfinder has been paired with a 7.5cm flip-out LCD touchscreen display. This makes shooting easy and simple whether capturing videos at obscure angles or fine-tuning your composition in a portrait. Rapid and reliable autofocus
Sony’s highly renowned real-time autofocus system is the piece de resistance on their range of cameras. The A 7 C is no exception, featuring the same system as the A7 Mark III and 693 AF Phase Detection Points. Precise and mighty eye-detection AF works seamlessly when shooting stills with Animal Eye-AF and Human Eye-AF. Human Eye-AF locks on to your subject when capturing movies. The camera has 693 AF points and will focus comfortably in lighting as low as EV-4.

The A7C comes with a high capacity battery - the NP-FZ100, which is found in the latest releases like the A7S III and A9 II. This will allow you to photograph up to 740 still images and 220 mins of video (depending on conditions and settings).
